Pep Home Galleria Mall Disrespectful Staff!!!!

So much disrespect from the staff!!!

I have NEVER in my life been so DISRESPECTED. I went to the store to purchase a flask/cup and later realised I had bought the wrong one. The time was 18:49 and I found the doors locked, I waited for someone to come out so I could ask the staff for a refund however rather than them letting me know that they don't close at 19:00 on the dot the lady SLAMMED the door in my face without a word. Again, I waited, and this time another staff member came out and I asked her what time they closed, as it was not even 18:55 yet, and all I needed was a refund. She too, was so rude and told me to speak to the people inside, and as I was about to enter, the same lady from the first time aggressively SLAMMED the door in my face again while walking away furiously chewing on gum. She hurt my toes and I will not let this go without a further review from Pep Stores. No notice or maybe to let me know to come back tomorrow just blatant disrespect. I honestly have no words to describe how embarrassing this was, seeing that there were people walking past and others across the other shops. I couldn't even get her name; however I want a formal apology from her. SHE HAS NO RIGHT TO TREAT ANYONE THIS WAY. What a shameful, *********** and STUPID woman!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
