Bought a phone cash Oct. Phone shows error with my payment although i bought it cash. Gave it in at Pep Home to be looked at. After several phone calls where every time they will phone me back but havent, now they tell me the phone is back at heir store showing still the same error as if its a contract phone. They will not or cannot tell me what they will do about it. Just the same answer that its a payment error although they have my cash receipt. They will not give me any nr where i can escalate this problem. If i could i would give them 0 stars.
