PEP home festival mall trash

Pep home festival mall is disgustingly unprofessional. I’ve had to wait countless times outside till they open the store at 9:30 without communicating otherwise. The disrespect showed to the customer by so doing is utterly unbelievable. We have work and other things to do punctuality is of utmost importance. This is so unprofessional.
