I went to PEP HOME in Eloff worse service ever I wanted to withdraw money that I sent myself from Capitec with that C number cause the message simply states you withdraw at one two three retail shops and nowhere it states u must bring your ID and it was unfortunate that Capitec was offline and I did not have transport money went In to the store when I got there the first cashier who called me I told her that am hear to withdraw and her response was I I must wait for the other cashier who was doing 20 paxi parcels I waited for a good 45 mins and eventually I was assisted when I got there am giving her the reference number for my withdrawal boom she asks for my ID and I was confused as to why as there's no where in the reference text they say bring your ID for a ****** mere 300 and I got hold of someone who had an ID we went back and she still refused haibo kanti what's happening she wasn't even wearing a name tag I doubt whatever name she gave me it's hers Lindo Shongwe. I want answers guys infact the whole store is sloppy nje from the security guy whom I asked what was the ladies name he siad"i must go ask her myself"
