Pep Home disappointment

I spent over R2000 at pep home. I misplaced the slip and needed to return one item. I was rudely told that they don’t do exchanges

I did ask for a refund but rather for an exchange and I was told there’s no such allowed

The item is still in its packaging and with the price but th we refused me to exchange it for something else

I’m very disappointed by pep Home especially b/c I have been recommending them a lot on Twitter with #girltalkza

As a loyal customer I am hurt
