Pep home Bridge City: Horrible treatment of a 70 year old lady

My 70 year old mother went to send a parcel via paxi and received no assistance when packaging the stuff inside the packet given. She then opened it the wrong way and was made to pay for a 2nd packet. I am EXTREMELY upset about this and I demand a refund. Worse, the said cashier **** and said they are not permitted to assist customers when packing.

Worse now, after sending a complaint to Pep, I get a call from a Lungi from the store who made it clear that she was just calling me because she was told to and said it in those words "I was told to call and apologize". She was nonchalant about the whole thing and I'm even MORE upset now and SO disappointed that such staff has to work with customers daily, yet they exude such an attitude on being uncaring.

My mother had to watch her bag, the bag she was packing and try to ensure all is done well. The experience was HORRIBLE for her to say the least and just a day before I had done some shopping at Pep Randburg Square and told myself that I will be visiting the store more often. Now this.

Oh I'm UPSET! That recent call just made it SO much worse
