Pep Home at Pinecrest Centre KZN bad service

Good afternoon

I went to pep home at Kwazulu natal Pinecrest branch shop 317 Pinecrest shopping centre 17 kings road pinetown 3610 on 11/04/2023 at 16:30 requesting to do a laybye for a cellphone some lady refused said they only have 1 cellphone left from that brand i require so they can’t stock it on a cupboard for 3 months for just laybye unless if i am buying cash if i ask isn’t it supposed to be first come first serve they said only on cash not laybyes, I tried to beg but the lady shushed saying she can’t help me and she left me there standing. It was obvious to me she was keeping for themselves because i went into another pep store i was assisted
