PEP Home And Telkom Bad Experience 👎

I went to PEP Home, at Maponya Mall.. Worst Experience Ever.. I made a Cash Payment Of R1000.00 for my Telkom Contract Using a Document containing the Easy pay number. The Agent Punched in an incorrect Reference Number which caused delays on my Account, My lines where suspended even after reporting that matter to Telkom Agents. I am still Battling to Get a Refund from the store and Telkom. I'm at the Store Everyweek even now I've been Standing Here for over 2hrs. PEP Store Head office does not pick up calls made to them including The Manager who is supposed to assist with the matter. PLEASE I NEED HELP SORTING OUT THIS MATTER.
