PEP Home and its pathetic service

The service at PEP Home Protea Gardens is a complete joke since the lootings. As a loyal customer of PEP overall, this branch always has system issues. Further to this, myself and other clients had the unfortunate privilege of witnessing staff taking selfies inside the store whilst clients were waiting for the store to open, it is only when I started taking pictures of this incident did they bother to put up a notice of being offline. I have to add that other PEP branches in the Soweto area are always happy to assist and communicate to customers when there are issues. This PEP Home in question even has staff arriving late with zero sense of urgency and a complete attitude depicting how unbothered they are with clients. This incident happened on Sunday, 10 October 2021 and please note that this is not the first occurrence.
