I made a laybye for an amount of R649 at pep home save ways in Wiitbank and made deposited R200 in October last year, unfortunately I lost my receipt but did go to store to enquire what are the processes and what will happen to my laybye I was told that I can use my ID to pay and also collect, I then payed another o R200 using my ID document,.earlier Jan went back to store to ask if my laybye was not expired because I had lost track of time and thought it would have expired manager advised if it has expired they would do a refund but I must take something for the value of what I have payed but I must do a cerified Id copy then they would assist, I did that and went back again for the exchange when I got there manager said I must take any thing for R400 I Did. When got to the till I was Told I someone had made a refund on the 22nd of December so they won't be able to help me. I then requested to see documents of the refund to my suprise no ID copy was attached no original receipt was attached signatures did not match with the store receipt. Manager told me she would do investigation with cashier because she was day off but up until today idid not get any feed back. I'm so dissatisfied how my issue is being handle and clearly someone did not do their job,
