Pep Holland funeral policy the worst

My father in law passed away last week and Thursday my mother in law and myself have been trying to get three to the pep/Holland so we can make funeral arrangements. This is uncalled for the hotline number with the policy number on the card is constantly engaged. We have so much stress this is just terrible.
