Pep Hillcrest Corner - Bad Customer Service

Pep Hillcrest Corner is the worst when it comes to customer service. My husband bought a phone under foneyam. He paid 2 months for the phone and the phone started to give him problems. He returned it to the store for repairs. They said it takes 21 days for it to be fixed. 2 months later the phone is not back and they have no idea on when will it be fixed but he is still paying for the phone.
