pep have a poor customer service and don't valuE c

We bot a dstv at pep and they said we should call their guy to instale it for us and we did ,the guy took his time to come and instale it . He instale it aftr a month the dish fall off and we called him again and ask for more money to install it and we paid him. But it was his falt he didn't install it properly bt we had to pay two times. The dstv is nolonger working but we paid good money for this. What happend to \customer is king".
