Pep has the worst tellers and managers

If I could give zero start, I would.

Went in on the 8th of September just free 3pm and the teller, Bongani was rude and obnoxious. I went in to pick up some money, it was my first time using this service and trust me, NEVER again! I was asked for a reference number and gave the number that I was provided but was told that I was talking **** (mind you, this is a store where I spend my money and needed assistance).

I then hand him my phone as I had a picture of the receipt and he proceeded to type. He called the “manager over”. He was no better, ripped up the customer service number and threw it in my face after I had had enough of their treatment. This “manager” refused to give me his number.

I am appalled at how I was treated, I got no help and don’t even know if they took the money I was sent for themselves. Pep needs to hire better staff, what is customer service if you can’t help the customer?
