Pep harassment for an account that is fully paid. NEVER open a PEP account.

Pep and tenacity have been harassing my 81 years old mother, multiple times a day saying her account is in arrears. It is in fact not in arrears and she has paid them R100 more than her installment. Wr have sent proof of payment to them several times and on multiple platforms. We have requested a statement of her account, repeatedly and still don't have one. We have called, emailed, used their WhatsApp number, literally tried everything in our power to get this sorted out and the harassment to stop. Nothing has stopped them and we still can't get a statement of account. Even when we went into the store, they couldn't assist. If I could give minus * I would.
