PEP harassment

I have an account with PEP. I am currently unemployed for more than a year,I'm trying to put something on my account to show that I have not forgotten about the account,the thing is this I constantly get harassment sms'es up until night time. PEP is the worst company ever who are in considerate when u tell them about not working..
