PEP Grand Central Terrible Service

I was in PEP Grand Central in CapeTown today. One of the employees swore the P word more that once at one of the customers who was complaining about something. She was literally shouting from behind the cash desk at the customer. I was standing at the back of the store and could hear everything. I am utterly disgusted and have never experienced such hideous behavior. This was not only disrespectful to the customer but also to everyone else in the store.This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and should not be tolerated. There has to be consequences as there are no justification for that kind of behavior.
