Pep Gives Me The Middle Finger

31 Jan 2015 bought a Huawei Y220 from Pep Cell at Maponya Mall. Yesterday we took it it because it seemed to have 'ink' running inside. We were told to take it to Vodacare. Went to Vodacare Alberton (Voortrekker) and were told the phone was beyong economic repair and they had to replace it for us. Went to Pep Cell at Alberton Mall and they said there was nothing they can do. Spoke to Thuli there and she flatly said, \we don't have a plan"after I told her they needed to do something since I bought the phone from them. My lip is on the floor! """
