PEP Funeral cover complete *****

Pep offers Funeral covers that you can activate over the cashier. I opened this since 2013 May 30th cover on for my uncle but I am making payments month to month, today I contact their contact centre to understand the claim procedure. What a mess. The contact centre on this number ***are so rude and totally unhelpful.

Can someone repond back and give me clarity
