PEP FUNERAL COVER

The man that works for me took out a funeral cover from PEP Stores. They told him that they will pay out within 48 hours. It's been 3 working days. And the funeral is Saturday. I feel so sorry for him, after his great loss he has all this trouble to get an answer from them. I phoned on behalf of him and the representatives are so rude and unhelpfull. They make all these promises but when its time to deliver they are so unhelpfull.
