Pep *****

So i went to Pep to do money transferee they amount was R2000, I was told to separate it as they can only do R1000 max, the casher did that and gave me the numbers, I then called my mom who was already at another pep store she went inside to withdraw the money she was told someone have already withdrawn it, in an absa atm. I believe these cashers work with syndicate who stand in these ATM and withdraws our money immediately. Please assist I need my money back
