PEP fountains mall jeffreysbay

PEP Fountains Mall Jeffreysbay Eastern Cape.. I used to love going to PEP in our mall but this friday I had the worst experience. While i was busy searching for the right size one of the employes came and just added more and more outfits to the rack making it much harder for me to look for the right size.. I feel she could have 1. Helped me 2. Waited till I was finished before taking over. But that is fine.. We went to pay there was 3 cashiers at the tills and 1 customer before is.. She was already helped. The cashier called out loud and clear we need a cashier.. 10 min went by we were still not helped with still 3 cashiers at the front busy with who knows what and talking to each other. Then they called again.. Someone came to help but oh no she helped the person behind us.. When i asked her what how can you help someone when we were here first she just looked at me in a bad way and then continued to help the other person. After 20 minutes being infront of the row we finally got helped. And not with a smile. I really regret not taking their names because this is something their managers need to adress. And then I will rather not say anything about the condition of the store. Alot of things is out of place and the sizes doesnt even match. And no one on the floor to help you. Maybe I just went on a really bad day. But this made my experience real bad. Better luck next time..
