PEP Flora Centre Waste of Time

I stood in a 30 minute queue to be assisted be kwelde or something to that effect. This was at you Flora Centre branch. I waited for that time to buy one item... A sim card, a 3 in 1 sim card. I had it RICA'd. Or that's what I thought. Now Ive already been arguing with Cell C and they told me after 5 days of chatting to them I must buy a sim card. Now this morning I got a call to have the ported and to my surprise it was not at all RICA'd. What a waste of my time. Please don't support a company that can mess around especially in Flora Centre
