Pep ferndale on Republic staff

I'm so Down I dont even know what to say , I went to Pep on ferndale on Republic today to send my stuff for Paxi , I bought a plastic for Paxi , I went there with a Slip and My parcel , they Refused to help , as they said they have a problem with my kid , they were rude to me infront of other customer , they helped everyone beside me , I even left the store , the lady said shes not going to help me ,she just left me there at the tills , Even the manager didn't even resolve the issue , they were all rude I left with my parcel as I never got help, imagine the cashier was even shouting at me , I dont know what to say.
