On Sunday 26.06.22 I went and did my at Pep Bara Mall.bought what I bought and forgot my gloves at the store.i soon realized that I left them behind.and qiucly phoned the store.

A lady named Neo answered the phone and as I described my glove and I made sure I specify that they are Under Umer black gloves,I didn't want any confusion.she confirmed that she saw them I can come collect the in the morning.

This morning I went to collect my gloved as discussed, Neo tells me that she can't find my gloved she looked everywhere and can't find them,she says she even asked the cleaning lady if she saw them,why lie because PEP employees clean their own store,the is no cleanin service at PEP.

I even asked if why is she shewwing a gum in my face like that? does she even care that I lost my gloves.i paid R400 for them and I want them. I asked her for the Head Office number and she just left me the..
