Pep - false advertising and inconsistent promotions

Based on the Fathers day catalogue online, i have been to 4 Pep stores in the last 2 weeks for the promotional "Pen tool set". last week i was told that the displays have yet to be put up and one store had not received stock. This week one store still had not received stock and another was completely sold out. How that happened so quickly is beyond me. Please dont falsely advertise just to get customers into your stores - it costs fuel running around from one branch to the other at my expense. I needed this product for an event!
