PEP False advertising

They advertise item on their website, shows that their is stock in the store, I go to the store where they tell me that they have stock but it is not in the store it is in their stock store and it will only be packed out in Sep. Phoned customer care, they say only a few stores have stock left. Customer care can not explain to me how a winter item (blazer) is, as told by the store manager, summer stock but it is sold out as winter stock in other stores. So they advertise an item that is for sale, shown in store, told by the manager it is in store but I cannot by it because it is summer stock. Confused
