Pep exchange or return not allowed if bought from another pep stores

Pep krugersdorp keywest mall all employees including the manager are unprofessional. I went there to return baby character set i bought at mayfair jhb. They refused to rerurn or exchange they only take their items. It really does not sit well with me bcos i am originally from limpopo it means during holidays i must travel to limpopo to buy clothes for kids bcos if i buy in jhb limpopo will refuse to exchange or return. This is serious matter for me. The manager at keywest dnt even wanna talk to me. As for the cashier she was swearing at me. Very rude and unprofessional
