Pep employee won't assist because goods were bought at a different pep store in the same province

I asked someone to get 2 chargers for me at pep Hatfield, I was working there for the weekend when I realized I forgot my chargers for both phones. She unfortunately brought back incorrect chargers, there was no time to go back to the branch so I decided I'll do it when I get back to joburg. At the joburg pep cell branch told me very rudely that I should take these things back where I bought them as she won't do a refund for another store. I called customer service and spoke to amahle and she kept saying she's transferring my call to customer service then hanging up. This happened 3 times. The email I sent was ignored.
