PEP Elspark, utterly disappointing service

Hello, I bought a phone at PEP Elspark in December 2021 and in February 2022 the phone was faulty not charging. I sent it back to the store for repairs and till today they are refusing to take ownership of the faulty and informing that they have nothing to do with it I have to pay for repairs. Till this day we have not reached a solution that will make me as a cash paying customer happy. They are blatantly telling me that I have lost my money as they will not do anything about it. I am utterly disappointed by PEP Elspark and reading the reviews from Hello Peter I am not the only one who has experienced this kind of treatment from PEP at different stores. So PEP basically when you buy a phone from them they ****** you should you have a problem with it you are on your own.
