Pep Elspark doors close before closing time for no reason

I arrived at PEP Elspark at 17:50 only to be shocked to find the doors closed. I asked the security guard inside as he let a customer out. This security guard then rudely responded by saying I'm being demanding and these are his hours to do as he sees fit. This is absolutely appalling!
