PEP Eldorado Park - Worst Service Ever!

I visited the PEP store in Eldorado Park about a week ago, the checkout queue was very long but I didn't mind the wait...until I noticed that only one cashier was attending to customers while 2 others were standing and chatting. The lady in front of me was elderly and needed to sit down. I then approached one of the staff, named Oliver and asked him if they could assist the lady and he said NO without elaborating on his response. Just a simple NO. I then went back in line...eventually it was our turn and the lady was assisted. Just as it was my turn, Oliver opens the next till and as I walk towards him...a gentleman cuts in and puts down a sim card for purchasing and his ID for RICA purposes. They were obviously acquainted as they started making small talk and laughing. I tried to complain as I just stood more than 30 minutes in a queue only to be snubbed by the cashier's friend. They did not even bother with me and I put the goods down and left the store.
