PEP Eikestad Mall

Went to Pep Eikestad Mall Stellenbosch to collect my paxi items. The cashier helped me and we scan the 1st bag, while we were busy the "manager" which is a lady took the cellphone from the cashier to check in bags or thats whats she said when i told " Lady we are busy with my items, i am a customer you cant take the cellphone to check in bags while the cashier is busy with me" she totally ignored me. I waited 45min for her to hand the phone back to the cashier to complete my transaction. I ended up late to pick up my kids from creche and paid a fine. The whole experience was disgusting and unprofessional. All because the manager wanted to to go home early.
