Pep Durban, Paxi

PAXI I am disappointed in the staff members of pep store Durban. My little sister was supposed to send me a parcel to Johannesburg from Durban. They said they can't send the parcel without a store code even thou I have her to full address for where the parcel is supposed to go. What is their job if we must find store codes. I have used PAXI from Johannesburg to Durban and I have never been asked for store codes. Now my parcel will arrive late because we have to find stupid store codes that's supposed to be done by them.
