Pep DSTV deal. Free installation mean's no installation. ..

<p>Early last week we were evaluating the best way to set up DSTV for the people who are renting our house out on Sunday. The Pep deal was cheap with a promise that our dish will be installed and ready by Friday. We made sure we were home but they didn't arrive. We called them, they said they would come Saturday. We hurried home after a social in order to be home in time but yet again they did not come and we had to phone them. </p> <p>I went back to the Pep store on Monday morning and had to wait all day to receive a call to see when they will do the installation. They were also told that our place had been done. By 16h00 I had to phone and there was no news. </p> <p> </p> <p>Today tgey told us to await their call. We still heard nothing. same story, we had to phone again. They said they will phone us by Thursday. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now my word to these tenants may not happen because Pep has not stayed true to our agreement. </p> <p> </p> <p>I would not recommend this package. I would rather have paid someone to do the job and do it well. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
