PEP DON'T WANT TO DO A REFUND

I was at PEP East Lynne 03.03.2018 They swipe my FNB card 3 times and the money is from my bank but not on there side.

I was as at my Bank and they say that PEP must pay back the my money.

I send mails to the region manager but no luck.

When I phone the East Lynne Branch the sales person told me it is not his problem it is my problem and I must go and sort this out.

So people watch out for PEP
