PEP Does not want to sell me a tablecloth!

I have recently logged a complaint for the Pep home store in Centurion at Mall@Reds. Staff was making a huge noise, mopping floors whilst bumping clients and some were clipping toenails with stock nail clippers. I have received a formal apology and I was giving a hamper as a token of goodwill. So, I promised I will frequent the store again as it really is one of my favorites. However. Saturday has changed that! i will not set foot in your store again! <br> I was doing shopping for my Christmas lunch and to my utter disgust was being told at point of sale that I was not allowed to purchase a red check tablecloth (of which tons was on display) as it won't scan. I was told that I can only buy it from the 2nd of Oct as this was for a promotion. I demanded that I wanted it as it was on display and was even refused this by the area manager, Nadia. She suggested I choose another one and they will mark it down. Or they would keep aside, but I was in the store at that point in times! What nonsense is this?!?!? I wanted the one on display. The staff also mocked me among each other! I am very disappointed and disgusted by this treatment customers receive.PEP HOME will never see me again!
