Pep dobsonville

I don't know where to start am so exhausted and emotionally abused at pep clothing at dobsonville mall. I brought a phone Hawaii on the 21 April 2025. After day 3 the phone give me a problem ,so I went back to the shop the they refused to give me new phone they insisted to fix the phone because it did not able to download the apps...so they downloaded the whatsapp so I went back home,day 7 it give me again a problem than I went back to the shop at day in the morning...still they refused to give me a new phone...

They took it and booked it go and and be fixed...than on those I have been going up and downs checking on the phone thing When I got to the shop will tell me different stories that time I using my transport money and that time am not going alone because I have a new born baby....and that time am renting my baby dad he is not evertime around I don't have a communication with my baby dad ..I have been checking on them it's almost 7 to 8 times when I go there they is nothing or I can't get help or the manager she not around...buz I told them that I don't have any phone to communicate with baby dad they give me 100 phone that they use at their shop and that time it cost me airtime and that am paying for wifi...which am paying not using in this moment cuz I don't have a whatapp phone....🥹🥹🥹

Than after some weeks I went back again...still they say I must wait for other weeks ,after so many weeks they called me and say the is here ...next day I went there when they check the phone it give them a problem again, then they took it say I must come after 3 weeks again It almost 2 months not having a phone ...which when I bought a phone I did to use it ,it seems like they don't care about me... Right now am so sick cuz I needed a phone to work with am loosing money and I need to feed my family.... Now my cornsend it that I brought a rejected phone ... Which is send that I have been saving to buy a new phone...but now is seem I brought a user phone 🥹🥹 By the time went back in the 3 day ....they should have changed it for me,cuz they were to selfish thinking of their business...not thinking of others person.
