Pep dobson point poor service

I was treated like garbage at pep dobson point by a staff that refused to allow me to shop because I refused to leave my laptop bag at the parcel counter.I explained to the security guard that I am happy to leave the packet I had that belonged to me and for my laptop bag to be searched by him when I am done shopping,he was k with it but when I got to the parcel counter to leave my packet the lady gave me attitude and insisted on me leaving my bag.I then took my packet and as I was walking out she yelled out "its just a bag" which I rep**** to her by saying that to me its not just a bag.I was not able to buy my children toys for Christmas because of that lady.very disgusting attitude and poor customer service.
