PEP DELIVERY VERY BAD SERVICE!!

I used pepstore for the first time to deliver printed mug to my customers. I used pepstore ferndale on republic in randburg. My pep went to pepstore botlokwa and found the mug handle broken. I went to pepstore FerndaleOnRepublic to report the matter and they said the insurance doesnt cover the broken goods. My advise to other customers is NEVER USE PEP DELIVERY.
