Pep decoder n free installation

<p>Yesterday i bought a decoder plus dish and at Pep of Duiwelskloof, its written dat is free istallation but now the Pep installer by the name of Jackson called me demanding R220 for transport. So how does free installation works? Help the poor child. But the pep tellers should have warn to told me coz am broke </p>
