My husband went to Pep New Market in Alberton to send parcel via Paxi and they did not capture it on the system and now the parcel is nowhere to be found. They keep on saying they will call Paxi. I called Paxi this morning and they said Pep did not capture the parcel on the system. They should look for the parcel in their premises.
