PEP Customer Service

<p>Yesterday I went to PEP in St George's Mall. </p> <p>Firstly there was no sign that states that we should give in our bags. I told the security guard that I can't give my one bag in as my laptop is in it. He was very rude to me. I had to let my son stay outside the shop as he couldnt come in. There was no clear signs that said all bags should be handed in.</p> <p>I decided to rather buy school clothes somewhere else.</p>
