PEP customer ethics

On Saturday 13 Feb went to Bayside Mall Pep to purchase 2 cell phones. 9.20 and the store was not open. Staff inside. Told later that cash was being collected. Returned about 10. Only one staff member on the floor. 5 customers. A second person eventually came out of the office. I asked her if she had enjoyed her breakfast to which she rep**** yes. I eventually purchased 2 phones. Service during that process was great. Really Pep. I rest my case, say no more. *** if you dare to engage with me
