PEP courier services

I am angry disappointed and furstrated I will never recommend nor use Pep courier service ever my friend from pumalanga sent me a parcel on December 12 2019 to kzn mtubatuba even today its the 8 January havnt got it i got a message saying my parcel has arrived 2 weeks ago when i went to fetch it it was a wrong thing I notified pep and returned it and they said something went wrong when they were packing they will re send my package but even till now I don't hve it and no one is calling me or updating me about the matter im so angry
