PEP COURIER SERVICE PATHETIC

Hello peter Im Thando and I had a parcel to be delivered to Highveld mall from pep cell Durban, the consultant made a mistake and put highveld center, now when I call the call center to rectify this address problem, the consultant I spoke to by the name of Sinazo was extremely rude to me in such a way that I had to remind her of customer service code , to be patient and willing to asssist customers in a friendly manner. We paid for 3 days delivery and she had a nerve to tell me that it will take another 7 days for me to receive it . Im so disappointed as it was my first time using their service, its not as they potrayed it on TV. People must stay away from this courier service
