Pep Cosmo Mall's appalling service

Just had a terrible experience at Pep Cosmo Mall. There is only one cashier assisting. I had to wait 30 mins to be assisted despite having only one customer in front of me. The cashier was rude and didn't care that we were waiting for so long. I asked her if there is an additional person who can assist her she said 'no' there's no one. I asked if they are short staffed, she said they have enough people. Will their store manager please make sure that there is always enough cashiers on any given time. The Cosmo Mall branch always has customers waiting to be served. Please provide us with quality service.
