Pep Cosmo city has ride staff

Good this complain is for Pep cell in Cosmo city Johannesburg. I have never been so humiliated by a girl who was working at the till point at 11am 27/11/2021. I stood 20 minutes on the queu to buy a phone and while I was at the queue I asked the lady working on the shop floor if I can purchase a cell phone without needing a Payment ID and no SIM card. She said yes you can buy a phone alone without the sim. When I get to the front of the line the girl at the till says no I cannot buy the phone without the SIM card and I need ID and proof of address. Then she started embarrassing her colleague shouting at her that she should know this because she attended training. Then I left went to my car to get my ID and came back to the shop at the front of the line and asked her if I could email her my proof of address and she refused. Another client offered to buy the phone on my behalf and she still refused. Meanwhile I saw 3 customers buying phones with only their passport. I went out to print the proof of address and went back to pep cell at the front of the queue as I had already stood on the queue she then starts shouting at me telling me that I must stand on the back of the line again. The way I was so angry and disappointed at the poor customer service the fact that she’s rude and have no manners yet she boasts and put down her colleagues in front of customers. Such a rude employee of pep. I don’t ever want to shop there again so I just took my proof of address and left that shop.
