PEP Complaint

I humbly request for assistance and addressing my Grand Mother was working at PEP stores from the year 1971 until she retired in the year 2001/03/01 her name is Magdeline Moraka Motsamai. For her Pep store provident fund she got R44 624.00 less Tax was R697.00 less Employer Debt R3 561.79 so she ended up receiving R40 365.21 . (IRP5) from multi-data a member of the Sancam Group their calculation information is as follow period employed from (2001/03/01) period employed to (2002/02/28) we have a recognition certificate she also never got her UIF lump sum we tried to email, wrote letters and calling them we even went as far as going to the head office but still so this day we haven't been assisted just empty promises have been made.
