Pep club Token not Flash token

Good Morning<br> I am very much upset by the service I receive at Pep Daveyton Mall.On Friday afternoon on the 18th of March 2016 I decided to buy Token of R600.I waited in a Queue a Lady called Zethu helped me.I ask for Token at at a same time I gave her my Pep Club Card,she was busy chatting with her colleague about their kids and Creche.she gave me my Slip I put it in a Bag because I was rushing to work.On Saturday 19 March 2016 I took my slip I water to put my Token only to find out that its Flash token that I didn't ask for and she didn't give options of Pep Club and Flash tokens.On Sunday Morning when I knock off at work I decided to go to pep and tell them what happened on Friday, I spoke to Gugu and I explained everything to her but she told me that I must wait for someone who can buy theFlash tokens.Zamani Said \ :Zethu is not on shift so there's nothing they can do.or I must come back.Like really??Is that how Pep Handle Complains?I waited for almost 45Min waiting for the book to write my Info.No One came me with the book I decided to leave the Shop. What a Pathetic service.I need Refund Pleasea"
